How do I join the School Parenting Corner Program?
You can download Fammi Apps at the Google Play store (IOS Soon) and enter the school program code as informed by your school.
How to enter the school program code in the Fammi app? Where do I get the school program code??
The school program code will be informed by the school to the parents. The code is unique and only used for the specified school. Parents can enter the school program code in the program menu, which can be accessed on the homepage and select Add Program.
Why can't I enter the program code successfully?
Make sure you have enter the program code according to what was informed by the school, by writing without spaces. Enter the code on the Program menu which can be accessed on the homepage.
Why can't I login to the Fammi application?
Please verify the WhatsApp number first on the Fammi app. Make sure to enter an active WhatsApp number, because the OTP code to login will be sent to your WhatsApp number. You only need to do 1 time verification!
Can I invite other parents and my husband to join the School Parenting Corner Program?
Of course, but you can only invite parents, teachers, and parents’ spouses from the same school (as registered by the school) to be able to take advantage of the program.
Can I Share and get problem-solving I'm experiencing, in the Discussion Group Forums?
That’s why Fammi here, of course you can share, care, empower and encourage each other within the group. Expert, peer-to-peer support system in Fammi as well all the users within the group are available to support. You can also share your experiences and knowledge with other Fammi users.
What is the difference between Experts, Figures, and Fammi Companion?
The expert is a psychologist and or expert who is certified and has a license to practice. Figures are practitioners who have experience on a particular theme, such as counselors, coaches, experienced teachers, etc. While a Companion is a friend who has been trained by Fammi and is ready to become a person who will listen and be there for you as a “shoulder to cry on”!.
Do I need to pay for each private consultation session?
As long as there is a quota within your school program, there will be no fee for each consultation session.
Can I learn parenting independently on the Fammi app?

What if I want to consult privately with a Fammi Expert?
You can choose experts according to your needs, choose the available schedule then book the sessions. Ensure to be present at the session. There will be a notification as well in the App to remind your booking schedule. Enjoy!
